Dr. Kazi moved to the Michiana area from Chicago in 2004 with his wife, Noreen, and their two sons. Dr. Kazi completed his residency in Neurology from the University of Chicago. He then completed an Interventional Pain Management Fellowship from Rush University affiliate, Stroger Jr. Hospital, in Chicago.
Dr. Kazi is also certified by the American Board of Disability Analysts.
